Missed being at the cricket. Managed to attend a T20 between the Stars and Thunder just after Christmas.
Her WASD skills need improvement but it’s fun to watch her learn after only playing on XBox
I used to make these en masse during summer holidays. Since becoming single I’ve been trying to find things to occupy evenings that don’t always involve a screen.
Made cookies with my girls over the holidays. They were okay but a bit crunchy 😂
The pool at the new place is pretty awesome. Kids are loving it. Single life is weird but there’s high points.
Breakfast by the lake. I’ve recently separated from my partner of 23 years. Trying to look at the positives.
Third trip to the gym this week. Trying to form healthier habits.
Had to replace my Aerox 3 due to some drop out issue. Decided to go with the orange look in the hope that this one doesn’t surffer the same fate.
Made some pancakes recently, first one was pretty shocking but the second one was on point.
Went to a sunflower maze with the girls. Lots of yellow and snagged these two bees hanging out.
Yes it was a meme, yes it’s kinda overpriced for what it is but I do love my Xbox fridge 😅

Made it out to the pinnacles
Snorkeled with sea lions today just off the coast of Jurien Bay. Only saw the one in the water but it was pretty cool to see them in action.
A bit of rain passed through Kalbarri national park before we walked through. Quite pleased with this one given it was with my phone.
Made it out to Nature’s Window in Kalbarri national park today. Some astonishing views were had.
My girls wanted to go out and pickup some rubbish. Pretty proud of them right now.
Better weather today as yesterday was a washout.
Another glorious day for a walk. Shorter one today since it’s a workday but I’m grateful that working from home a few days a week affords me this freedom.
